ABOUT THE ART OF ALLEN GRIMES

A Grimes Studio is an art studio created by Allen Grimes back in 2013. Currently located in Florida, the studio specializes in digital illustrations, sketch cards, comics, portraits, caricatures, gaming artwork and animation. The latest addition to the studio is drawing classes, online and in person.

Allen has worked with several companies producing licensed work doing sketch cards for Star Wars, Marvel and Netflix’s Stranger Things, through Upper Deck and Topps trading cards. He has illustrated for local and national companies along with children books and art for the fandom groups like the 501st Legion. Allen has taught classes at the Metropolitan Library system and online drawing classes with Moore Public Schools. 

Currently, he is involved with online drawing classes that teach young artists drawing techniques and how to draw some of their favorite comic book characters.
